Luxury in feel.
Community at heart.
the link began with a single belief: our community has incredible stories worth telling well — and neighbors deserve a trusted way to find the businesses and people that make RiverTown home.

2023
The year it all began
We found RiverTown almost by accident
After a long day of house hunting, the founders drove past the community entrance for one final stop — and loved it so much they put down a deposit within 24 hours. They became the first family to move into the Settlement neighborhood.
As new neighbors arrived, the same questions kept coming: What internet do you use? Where do I put the trash cans? Who fixes epoxy floors around here? What started as a simple one-page document — handed to every family that just received their keys — quickly grew into something bigger.
From a page to a publication
August 2023
A one-page welcome
It starts as a single page of answers for new residents who've just received their keys — the practical things no one tells you when you move in.
October 2023
The first issue
What began as a resource becomes the first official magazine issue, launched in time for the HalloCrawl event across the neighborhood.
Growing fast
A gap worth filling
RiverTown-based businesses couldn't advertise in the community newsletters run by the property management company — so the link became their home.
Today
A neighborhood essential
Month after month, the link connects thousands of neighbors with the trusted businesses, stories, and people that make this community thrive.
Three principles we won't compromise
Our advertisers earn their place the same way your neighbors earn your trust — through lived experience and word of mouth.
Owned by residents
Businesses run by the people who actually live here — your neighbors, supporting the community they call home.
Recommended by residents
Word-of-mouth endorsements from real RiverTown homeowners who've used and loved these services.
We've used them
Vetted through our own direct experience, so we only feature businesses we'd genuinely recommend to friends.
Not ads. Recommendations.
In a neighborhood with so much to offer, the link is your shortcut to the good stuff — a curated, community-vetted guide rather than a directory of generic listings.
We pair a refined, elegant presentation with warm, friendly writing — so every issue feels like neighborly conversation, beautifully told.
